Ingrédients (4 portions)

  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Rice wine or dry sherry 2 tsp
  • Cornstarch 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/8 tsp
  • Thinly sliced sirloin steak 1 lb
  • Hoisin sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chicken broth 1/4 cup
  • Broccoli florets 1 large head
  • Cooking oil 2 tbsp
  • Minced garlic 2 cloves
  • Minced ginger 1 tsp

Préparation

    Combine a portion of the soy sauce, rice wine, cornstarch, and pepper. Add the beef and marinate for 10 minutes.

    Mix the remaining soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and broth for the sauce.

    Blanch or steam the broccoli for about 2 minutes, then drain.

    Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat and quickly sear the beef. Set aside.
