  • BBQ seasoning 1 tbsp
  • Spring mix lettuce 5 oz
  • Small red onion, thinly sliced 1/2
  • Assorted cherry tomatoes, halved 12
  • Lebanese cucumber, sliced 1
  • Olive oil 1/4 cup
  • Red wine vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Fresh parsley, chopped 2 tbsp
  • Honey 1 tbsp
  • Dijon mustard 1 tsp
  • Green onions, chopped 2
  • Salt and pepper to taste
