  • Rice noodles 140 g
  • Carrot 1 unit
  • Cucumber 1/2 unit
  • Chicken breasts 2 units
  • Radishes 50 g
  • Red onion 1/2 unit
  • Mint 1 bunch
  • Peanuts 25 g
  • Chopped mild red chili 1 unit
  • Lime zest and juice 1 lime
  • Soy sauce or tamari 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp

Preparation
