Ingredients (2 servings)

  • Chicken breasts 2 units
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Sweet sauce or hot sauce to taste 4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1/2 lemon
  • Burger buns 2 units
  • Halloumi 250 g
  • Shredded cabbage 1/4 unit
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • Tomato 1 unit
  • Lettuce 2 leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

    Flatten the chicken breasts to about 1 cm (approx. 0.4 inches) thick and cut them into equal portions.

    Cook the chicken in a pan with oil for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or in an air fryer for about 12 minutes at 180 °C (350 °F).

    Add the sauce and lemon juice, then cook for 1 to 2 minutes to glaze the chicken.

    Grill the halloumi for a few minutes until golden brown.
