  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Pepper 1 pinch
  • Sesame oil 2 tsp
  • Beaten egg 0.5
  • Cornstarch 3 tbsp
  • Oil 5 tbsp
  • Noodles 0.25 lb
  • Onion 1
  • Minced garlic 2 cloves
  • Minced ginger 1 tsp
  • Bean sprouts 1 cup
  • Mushrooms 1 cup
  • Snow peas 1 cup
  • Soy sauce 3 tbsp
  • Hoisin sauce 1 tbsp

Preparation

    Marinate the beef with salt, pepper, sesame oil, egg, and cornstarch.

    Briefly cook the noodles in boiling water, then drain and cool.

    Stir-fry the beef over high heat until partially cooked, then set aside.
