  • Lean ground beef 600 g
  • Maple BBQ sauce 80 ml
  • Diced tomatoes 3
  • Hamburger buns 4
  • Shredded cheddar cheese 250 ml
  • Olive oil 15 ml
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Ketchup 80 ml
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sliced jalapeño 1 (optional)
